What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your package ships, we will send a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow your gear's journey.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your outdoor gear. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
How do I determine the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' to help you find the perfect fit. We provide measurements for chest, waist, and sleeve length to ensure your gear performs as expected.
Does Free Country ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select territories. We are working on expanding our reach to bring our outdoor apparel to customers worldwide in the near future.
How should I care for my technical outerwear?
To maintain the integrity of water-resistant coatings and fabrics, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach.
